The Vehicle Service Advisor will report to the Aftersales Manager and work closely with the Service and Workshop teams. The role offers a salary of up to £30,000 per annum, with bonus and overtime opportunities providing an OTE of up to £42,000, plus an additional bonus for service plan sales.

- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, with a one-hour lunch break
- Ad hoc Saturday mornings, 8:00am to 1:00pm, when required
- As our Vehicle Service Advisor, greet customers and book vehicles in for servicing and repair work
- Liaise with the Workshop team and monitor work in progress
- Keep customers informed about vehicle repairs and completion times
- Advise customers on minor technical issues and recommend appropriate products and services
- Identify opportunities to up-sell additional products and services
- Process payments for completed work
- Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving company objectives and targets
- Liaise with manufacturers regarding warranty repair authorisations
- At least two years’ current or previous experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor or in a similar motor trade role
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills
- A strong customer-focused approach and commitment to customer satisfaction
- IT proficiency; experience using Kerridge or Keyloop DMS is advantageous
- Knowledge of automotive warranty procedures is desirable but not essential
- A genuine passion for working with the manufacturer and within a busy dealership environment
