- The Service Advisor will work Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm, with one in three Saturdays from 8:00am–12:30pm.
- As a Service Advisor, greet customers and book vehicles into the Service Department.
- Liaise closely with the workshop to monitor and chase work in progress.
- Keep customers informed of vehicle repair progress and advise them on minor technical matters.
- Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services.
- Take payments for completed work.
- Deliver consistently high standards of customer service while achieving company targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and support overall customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is advantageous but not essential.
- Candidates with strong customer service, sales or hospitality experience will also be considered.
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational ability and good IT literacy.
- Basic mechanical understanding of vehicles.
- Experience with Pinewood Pinnacle is advantageous but not essential.
- A full UK driving licence with minimal points is essential.
- The successful Service Advisor should live within a reasonable commuting distance of Gloucester.
