Benefits:
- £32,000 basic salary.
- £38,000 achievable OTE, linked to customer satisfaction scores and successful upselling.
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm.
- Saturday mornings on a rota.

- Experience with Kerridge and Keyloop systems.
- Manage customer bookings and provide a professional service throughout each dealership visit.
- Maintain clear communication regarding vehicle progress, costs and completion times.
- Deliver an efficient and attentive customer experience as a Service Advisor.
- Support excellent customer satisfaction scores through proactive communication and effective issue resolution.
- Identify suitable upselling opportunities based on customer and vehicle requirements.
- Accurately use Kerridge and Keyloop systems throughout the aftersales process.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a motor trade, automotive or vehicle dealership environment.
- Strong customer service, communication and organisational skills.
- A professional, confident and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to discuss vehicle servicing, repairs and associated costs clearly.
- The successful Service Advisor will be comfortable working towards customer satisfaction and upselling targets.
- Experience using Kerridge or Keyloop would be advantageous.
- Flexibility to work Saturday mornings on a rota.
