We're looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join a premium independent automotive group in Bournemouth. Offering a salary of up to £36,000, Monday-Friday working and flexible start times, this is a great opportunity for someone who understands the workshop environment and wants to develop their career within a high-quality, customer-focused business.

• £36,000 salary depending on experience
• Monday-Friday working - no weekend requirement
• Flexible working hours: 8am-5pm, 8:30am-5:30pm or 9am-6pm

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you'll be the link between customers and the workshop, ensuring vehicles are booked in, work is clearly communicated and customers receive a first-class experience.

• Manage customer bookings and vehicle enquiries
• Liaise closely with technicians and the workshop team
• Provide clear updates on vehicle repairs and servicing
• Prepare and explain repair estimates and invoices
• Identify additional work and maintenance requirements
• Ensure customers receive a professional and seamless service
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process

We're ideally looking for someone with previous Automotive Service Advisor experience, although this role could also suit an experienced Vehicle Technician looking to move into a customer-facing position.

• Previous experience within the motor trade or automotive industry
• Strong understanding of workshop operations and vehicle repairs
• Parts knowledge or previous parts experience would be highly beneficial
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Organised, confident and comfortable dealing with customers
• A genuine interest in delivering a premium customer experience
• Full UK driving licence
