Service Appartment Manager

We are looking for a highly organised, professional, and customer-focused individual with extensive experience in serviced apartments, short-let accommodation, hospitality, or property management. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our serviced apartment portfolio, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest property standards, and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the serviced apartment portfolio.

• Coordinate bookings, guest enquiries, check-ins, check-outs, and guest communications.

• Ensure an exceptional guest experience from reservation through to departure.

• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance contractors, and suppliers.

• Conduct regular inspections of serviced apartments to ensure presentation and cleanliness
