What You'll Be Doing
As Service Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our Birmingham Service Centre, leading a team of engineers and supporting the continued success of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
· Leading, motivating and developing a team of engineers.
· Managing engineer utilisation, scheduling and performance.
· Driving operational efficiency and service excellence.
· Taking accountability for site Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) standards.
· Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Supporting recruitment, training and development initiatives.
· Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
· Contributing to the achievement of business objectives and growth plans.

· Previous engineering experience.

Desirable Experience
· Previous experience managing a service centre, depot or engineering operation.
