Job Title: Service & Maintenance Coordinator
Location: Gloucestershire
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

The Role
 
This fast-paced role is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to coordinate an efficient Service & Maintenance Team, providing regular liaison with clients, engineers and accounts. Full training will be given.
 
Main Duties
  • Manage the diary of a team of regional service engineers
  • Ensure service visits are completed on time and in budget
  • Ensure jobs are logged off and invoiced daily, with repeat actions booked and further work identified where required
  • Project manage workload as requested by the coordinator
  • Efficiently book services via telephone (inbound and outbound) and email
  • Manage databases specific to the role
  • Produce reports
Skills Required
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is beneficial but not essential
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Organised and able to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively within a team
