£29,000 + £1,000 OTE

Join a friendly and supportive team as a Service Coordinator, where you'll be the heartbeat of the service operation-scheduling and supporting 10 engineers across the North of England.
What you'll do:
- Book and manage service appointments with precision
- Liaise directly with engineers to keep things moving smoothly
- Deliver top-tier customer service every time
- Keep an eye on stock and service levels to ensure a first-time fix
What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organised, proactive, and cool under pressure
- Experience in planning, scheduling, or coordination (a big plus!)
Based in Wrotham | Full-time, Mon-Fri | Friendly & supportive team
