Service Controller Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate service, maintenance, and repairs for plant equipment
- Liaise with engineers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely completion of work
- Monitor equipment availability and minimise downtime
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Handle incoming service queries and provide excellent customer support
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company standards
- Previous experience in a service coordination, controller, or similar role (plant or construction industry preferred)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Good IT skills and experience with scheduling systems
