Service Controller
Monday - Friday, Day Shifts
£30,000-£32,000

Service Controller Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate service, maintenance, and repairs for plant equipment
  • Liaise with engineers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely completion of work
  • Monitor equipment availability and minimise downtime
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Handle incoming service queries and provide excellent customer support
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and company standards
What We’re Looking For In The Service Controller
  • Previous experience in a service coordination, controller, or similar role (plant or construction industry preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Good IT skills and experience with scheduling systems
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
