As a Service Controller in Middlesbrough, you'll ensure smooth and efficient service operations across all customer requirements.

• Coordinating engineer schedules for planned maintenance, servicing and breakdowns
• Liaising with customers, engineers and suppliers to ensure work is completed efficiently
• Managing breakdowns, repairs and urgent service requests
• Monitoring job progress and keeping customers updated throughout the service process
• Maintaining accurate service records, job sheets and system updates
• Supporting site teams with service advice, updates and compliance requirements
• Assisting with invoicing, customer enquiries and general service administration
• Building strong relationships across the business, customers and supplier network

To succeed as a Service Controller in Middlesbrough, you'll ideally have:

• Experience within Forklift, Plant Hire, powered access, HGV, crane, agricultural machinery or a similar service environment
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced service office
• Confident communication skills with customers, engineers and suppliers
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail when managing service processes
