Are you an organised scheduler, coordinator or service administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment?

We're looking for a Service Controller to become the hub of a busy service operation, coordinating engineers, managing customer enquiries and keeping everything running efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Planning and scheduling engineers' daily workloads
✅ Responding to customer breakdowns and service requests
✅ Coordinating urgent call-outs and maintenance visits
✅ Updating job records and service information
✅ Working with multiple departments to deliver excellent customer service
✅ Producing reports and supporting operational performance

What We're Looking For

• Service Coordinator, Scheduler, Planner or Dispatch experience
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage changing priorities
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach
