Service Coordinator

A great chance to work for a heating and boiler manufacturer with a great worldwide reputation.  They deal with domestic, commercial, renewable all across the UK and have built up such a solid reputation over the past 40 years that people keep coming back and their employees don’t want to work anywhere else.  They are expanding in a few key areas so now would be the time work for a manufacturer and get that training straight from the horse’s mouth.

They are recruiting for a Service Coordinator
 

• Based from their office in Sevenoaks in Kent
• Working Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm OR 8.30am till 5.30pm
• Planning the engineers days for them going to customers house to do gas boiler maintenance and repair calls
• Liaising with the customer when needed about the engineers visit
• Assessing the engineers route during the day and recognising things to make them more efficient
• Keeping an eye on stock and parts management to make sure the engineers have the right equipment for each of the jobs they get called out to

Salary for a service coordinator

• 29k basic salary
• 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
• Holiday entitlement goes up by 5 days after 5 years of service
• Private healthcare after probation
• Free parking on site

Experience needed to be a service coordinator

• Living within travelling distance to the office in Sevenoaks in Kent
• You need some sort of experience as a service planner, a service coordinator or experience i8n booking out to people or things to places on a daily basis
• Obviously having any additional experience within the gas industry would be a major advantage
• Computer literate with good paperwork skills
• You need to be organised and be able to multi task
