Are you an organised coordinator who enjoys bringing people, plans and customers together?
This is an opportunity to play a central role within an established and growing compliance business.
You’ll help ensure essential Legionella work is delivered safely, efficiently and on time—supporting engineers in the field while giving customers confidence that their buildings and people are protected.
Why this role matters
You won’t simply be updating schedules.
You’ll be the person who keeps everything moving—making sure engineers have clear instructions, customers remain informed and important compliance work is completed properly.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Planning and scheduling field-based engineers

Matching jobs to the right skills and locations

Organising PPM and multi-site programmes of work
-
Speaking with customers to arrange and confirm visits
-
Coordinating engineers, subcontractors and internal teams
-
Preparing job information and supporting documentation
-
Monitoring deadlines, SLAs and outstanding works
-
Ensuring reports and certificates reach customers
-
Keeping job systems and financial records accurate
-
Passing completed work through for invoicing
-
Helping resolve scheduling and service-delivery issues
Who we’re looking for
You don’t need Legionella experience—the technical training will be provided.
However, you must have experience in a similar role involving service delivery, scheduling, planning or coordinating field-based teams.
