Job Title - Service Engineer

Location - Dublin

Salary - Up to €70,000 depending on experience and skillset

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Security Systems Service Engineer / Technician to join a growing service team supporting customers across Dublin and the surrounding region.

This is an exciting field-based opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys fault finding, problem solving, and working across a variety of commercial environments. You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of electronic security systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service calls.
• Diagnose faults and repair Access Control, CCTV, IP CCTV, and Intruder Alarm systems.
• Complete system testing, verification, and basic commissioning where required.
• Support minor installations, upgrades, and system enhancements.
• Accurately complete service reports and technical documentation.
• Build strong relationships with customers through professional communication and high service standards.
• Escalate complex technical issues where necessary.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health & safety regulations and industry best practice.
• Participate in a rotational on-call service for emergency support when required.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years' experience within the electronic security industry.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Access Control Systems
  • CCTV / IP CCTV
  • Intruder Detection Systems
• Previous experience in service, maintenance, installation, or commissioning.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Basic understanding of IP networking.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Competent using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Full clean Irish driving licence.
