£40,000 DOE + Bonus

Are you an experienced Service Manager looking for your next move?

This is a great opportunity to take charge of a busy service department, lead a team and have a real impact on the performance of the business.

The Role

You’ll be managing a service team of around 3–9 people, depending on the site, making sure the department runs efficiently and delivers a great customer experience.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing and motivating the service team
• Keeping workshop productivity and performance on track
• Managing workflow and technician efficiency
• Overseeing customer satisfaction
• Monitoring departmental turnover and performance
• Supporting and developing your team
• Dealing with issues quickly and professionally
• Making sure standards are consistently maintained

What We're Looking For

• Previous Service Manager or Workshop Manager experience
• Confident managing and motivating a team
• Strong understanding of workshop operations
• Commercially minded with a focus on targets and performance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence
• A hands-on management style and the ability to get the best from your team

What’s On Offer

£40,000 basic – DOE
Bonus based on departmental turnover
£50,000+ OTE
22 days holiday + bank holidays
Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00
No weekends
