This successful and expanding business operates within the manufacturing sector, providing specialist products and services to customers across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Service Manager to oversee the service function and support the ongoing development of the engineering team.

This is a Monday to Friday, days-based position based from the company's modern offices with occasional site visits. You will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, coordinating service operations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The role.

• Office-based role - Monday to Friday (occasional travel).
• Managing and supporting a team of Service / Field Engineers.
• Overseeing service operations, projects, and day-to-day activities.
• Driving service performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Acting as a key point of contact for customers and engineers.

The person.

• Service Management / Team Leader experience.
• Background within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Looking for a long-term, stable position.
• Commutable to Redditch.
