- Manage daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards.
- Lead a team comprising 3 technicians and 1 service advisor.
- Support and support colleagues, fostering a positive working environment.
- Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and maximise workshop capacity.
- Maintain departmental policies to uphold reputation and customer satisfaction.
- Potentially utilise Pinnacle DMS (training provided if necessary).
- Proven experience as a Service Manager within a franchise-approved dealership is preferred.
- Alternatively, individuals with experience as an Assistant Service Manager, Senior Service Advisor, or Workshop Controller seeking career progression will be considered.
- Mechanical knowledge or a background in vehicle repair is advantageous but not essential.
- IT literacy is required.
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points.
- Strong leadership, organisational skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician is desirable but not essential.
