Our client, a well-established multi-franchise-approved car dealer group operating since 1994, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Service Manager to join their dealership in Gloucester. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader to manage a dedicated team and drive operational excellence within a reputable business.

- Lead and motivate a team of 4 Vehicle Technicians, 2 Service Advisors, and 2 Apprentices to deliver high-quality customer service
- Oversee daily service operations, maximising workshop activity and labour sales
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies
- Support operational efficiency through effective resource management
- Maintain strong communication with the Group Service Director
- Manage workshop workflow, resource allocation, and technical compliance
- Support staff development through coaching and training initiatives
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
- Proven experience as a Service or Aftersales Manager within a franchise-approved car dealership
- Supervisory or assistant management experience within a franchise dealership considered
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- IT literate with proficiency in relevant dealership management systems
- UK driving licence with minimal points
- Located within reasonable commuting distance of Gloucester
- Ability to maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
