This newly created position is due to significant regional growth and continued investment within their company.

The role offers the opportunity to lead and develop a team of skilled field service engineers, ensuring exceptional service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational performance across a varied customer base. An attractive package exceeding £65,000 is available, including a company car or car allowance, annual performance bonus, excellent pension contributions, generous holiday entitlement, comprehensive training, and a range of additional benefits.
Requirements of a Service Manager include:
- Experience managing teams in a service-driven or customer-focused environment, or a technical background in doors/shutters
- Confidence working with targets, budgets, and performance data
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support others
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel (ideally based near Bristol)
- Good IT skills, particularly Excel
Salary and Benefits for a Service Manager are:
- Basic salary of £65,000+ depending on experience
- 25 days' holiday plus 8 bank holidays

- Company sick pay after probation, starting at 5 days and increasing up to 20 days
