Are you an experienced Homecare Manager looking for your next challenge?

Banquo Ltd is launching a brand-new Homecare service in Chelmsford, and we're looking for a passionate and ambitious Service Manager to lead its growth and success.

This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in establishing a high-quality, CQC-regulated service that supports children, young people, adults and older people to live independently in their own homes and communities.

As Service Manager, you will:

• Lead the day-to-day operation of our new Chelmsford service
• Develop and grow safe, high-quality care packages
• Manage and support a team of care professionals
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
• Drive quality, safeguarding and continuous improvement
• Build strong relationships with commissioners, professionals and local partners
• Support business growth while maintaining exceptional standards of care

We are looking for someone with:

✅ Minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification

✅ At least 2 years' management experience within a CQC-regulated care service

✅ Strong knowledge of Homecare and Personal Care

✅ Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills

✅ Good understanding of safeguarding, quality assurance and CQC requirements

✅ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification and experience developing a new service are highly desirable.
