Location: Horley, Surrey (RH6 7DS)
Salary: £38,610 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, worked flexibly across a 7-day week
Service: Residential service supporting 6 adults

Are you an experienced care leader looking for a role where you can genuinely make a difference?

We are looking for a passionate and values-driven Registered Service Manager to lead our established residential service in Horley, supporting six adults with learning disabilities and autism.

This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead at a small, established service where you can really get to know the people you support, build a strong team and create a positive environment where everyone can thrive.

The service supports an ageing population, so experience within learning disabilities, autism or elderly care will be considered. Strong leadership and management experience is essential.

You'll be an experienced care professional with the confidence to lead a team, make decisions and drive high standards. Most importantly, you'll be someone who genuinely cares about people and believes that great support should be built around the individual.

You will bring:

• Strong leadership and management experience within health or social care.
• Experience working with learning disabilities, autism or older people.
• A genuine passion for person-centred care and improving people's quality of life.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, care planning, risk management and regulatory requirements.
• The ability to motivate, coach and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.
