We're looking for a passionate and ambitious Registered Service Manager to lead one of our established residential services in Wraysbury, Berkshire.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager looking for a new challenge, or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to take the next step into their first registration with the support of an experienced operational team behind them.

You'll be joining a welcoming 6-bed residential service that supports adults with a range of complex needs, including:
- Autism
- Learning Disabilities
- Epilepsy
- Mental Health Needs

The Operations Manager is looking for someone who can make a real impact by:

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the day-to-day operation of the service.
- Maintaining CQC compliance and driving quality improvements.
- Supporting and developing colleagues through coaching, supervision and performance management.
- Ensuring outstanding person-centred support is delivered consistently.
- Managing audits, action plans and service performance.
- Building strong relationships with families, healthcare professionals, commissioners and local authorities.
- Supporting future occupancy growth and service development.
- Promoting a positive culture that reflects Voyage Care's values.
About You
We're looking for someone with the right experience, leadership ability and values.
You may be:
- An experienced Registered Manager looking for your next challenge.
- A Deputy Manager ready to take your first Registered Manager position.
- A confident leader with experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- A passion for person-centred care.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to drive quality, performance and continuous improvement.
- A positive, solutions-focused approach.
