- Learning disabilities
- Autism
- Complex support needs
The Opportunity
As Service Manager, you'll have the freedom to lead, influence and inspire.
You'll focus on:
- Leading the day-to-day operation of the service
- Inspiring and developing a motivated, high-performing team
- Creating a positive and inclusive culture
- Building strong relationships with families and professionals
- Driving quality, compliance and continuous improvement
- Ensuring truly person-centred support for every individual
- Managing resources, occupancy and service performance
- Supporting colleagues through coaching, development and recognition
Who We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from:
- Experienced Registered Managers seeking a fresh challenge
- Care Managers ready to step into their first registration
- Service Managers within adult social care looking for greater autonomy and development
- Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and/or complex needs, or transferable leadership experience gained within the wider social care sector or related care services.
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- An understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
- A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- The ability to motivate teams and drive positive outcomes
- Confidence building relationships with stakeholders, families and professionals
