Service Operations Analyst in Lambeth, Greater London

Good Afternoon,

I am currently representing Lambeth Council who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience

We are looking for a Service Operations Analyst this role will be based at: SW2 1RW,

The right candidate will:

• Welcoming people to IT support
• Managing the queue of people waiting
• Assessing the issue the user presents
• Referring people to the appropriate supporting service
• Giving appropriate advice if the user needs the support of a team which is not immediately available
• Keeping the area clean, tidy and professional
• Ensuring there is appropriate signage and that peripheral availability signage is updated
• Fulfilling very basic requests such as the provision of headsets and mice
• Updating request tickets in our ITSM as appropriate.
• Contacting people who have provided a poor user experience score to investigate the detail.
• Liasing with the technical teams to get people seen as needed
• Accessing team calendars etc to check for people who have appointments
