Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, is seeking a Service Point Administrator to provide day-to-day administration, data and information updates, and required system housekeeping for the ServicePoint Hub (SPH) system.
The successful candidate will ensure that information is maintained to the required standard and remains accurate, accessible, and up to date across the platform. This role is responsible for supporting the effective operation of the ServicePoint Hub through the management of documentation, compliance records, operational information, and user access.
Job Description
Working closely with a wide range of stakeholders, the Service Point Administrator will help maintain a secure and efficient user experience. The role will involve monitoring system performance, supporting users, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring key information remains current and compliant.
We are looking for an organised and detail-focused individual to support the management of document libraries, compliance information, operational records, and user access within the ServicePoint Hub system.
The role will also support system users, monitor performance, and help maintain a secure and effective user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the ServicePoint Hub system.
- Maintain document libraries and operational information, ensuring records are accurate, current, and compliant.
- Administer and update documentation including RAMS, COSHH, compliance data, E-log books, permitting information, and Safe Systems of Work.
- Coordinate and maintain centrally managed news, alerts, and information updates distributed to site-based hubs.
- Monitor system performance, collate user feedback, and troubleshoot system-related issues.
- Perform regular system updates and backups while maintaining data integrity.
- Ensure data security, access controls, and system permissions are maintained and upheld.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and network access, providing support to employees, the supply chain, customers, and other designated users.
Person Specification
- Experience administering document management systems, compliance systems, or similar platforms.
- Strong administration, organisational, and data management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and information.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to provide effective user support across a wide range of stakeholders.
- Capable of maintaining information to a high standard while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
