Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.
We are currently recruiting for a Service Scheduler to join their team.
The main purpose of this Service Scheduler role is to schedule works for the businesses engineers.
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £29,000 P/A, depending on experience.

Reporting to the Service Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Effectively scheduling engineers to attend service and remedial works
- Providing customers with RAMS and all relevant works documentation
- Acting as a first point of contact for customers answering all queries thoroughly
- Ordering parts and raising purchase orders
- Producing reporting on upcoming jobs and contract activities to support forecasting requirements.
- Must have strong administration experience and some sort of scheduling/planning/coordination experience
- Will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be a great problem-solver with a customer-focused attitude
