Service Support Assistant

Reporting directly to the Service Support Senior you will provide an effective, efficient and responsive repairs and maintenance service to the association’s tenants. You will also carry out a wide range of housing maintenance and administrative duties to support to the Assets Team.
You will be responsible for the maintaining and updating of VHA’s systems to accurately record and evidence organisational compliance within regulatory, statutory and VHA’s policies and procedures.

Please be aware there is a business requirement to work 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4.30pm on a Friday to provide the expected level of customer service. Whilst this is a hybrid post, working within your team there will be an expectation you will be based at our offices on a regular basis.
