Location: Newcastle Under Lyme
Salary: OTE up to £40,000 DOE
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm | Alternate Saturdays, 8:30am - 12:30pm

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Technician / Vehicle Technician to join a professional franchised dealership in Newcastle-Under-Lyme.
You'll be working within a busy workshop environment, carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on a range of modern vehicles while benefiting from ongoing manufacturer training and development.

THE ROLE
As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards, ensuring excellent quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:
·Carrying out servicing and routine maintenance
·Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
·Completing vehicle repairs to manufacturer standards
·Carrying out vehicle inspections and health checks
·Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults
·Completing all relevant workshop documentation
·Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
·Working closely with the wider Service and Workshop teams
 
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone with:
·NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
·Previous experience as an Automotive Technician / Vehicle Technician / Service Technician
·Experience within a franchised dealership or professional workshop
·Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
·Full UK Driving Licence
·Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team
·Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
