Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles in line with manufacturer standards.
- Perform vehicle inspections and health checks, identifying any additional work required.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
- Complete all work in accordance with manufacturer repair methods, times, and company procedures.
- Accurately complete job cards, service records, and vehicle health check documentation.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
- Liaise with Service Advisors and the Workshop Controller to provide updates on vehicle progress and any additional work required.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Deliver excellent workmanship and contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction.
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Previous experience as a Service Technician, Vehicle Technician, or Automotive Technician within a dealership or similar workshop environment.
- Good mechanical and electrical knowledge with strong diagnostic abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
