Service Technician - MOT Tester

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out MOT tests in line with DVSA regulations and standards.
- Undertake servicing, maintenance, and repair work on a wide range of vehicles to the highest standard.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently and accurately.
- Complete all work in line with manufacturer repair times and company procedures.
- Accurately record vehicle health checks, diagnostics, completed work, and parts used.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Liaise professionally with colleagues, Service Advisors, and customers when required.
- Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and on time.
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Current and valid MOT Tester licence (Class 4).
- At least 2 years' post-qualification experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership or similar workshop environment.
- Strong diagnostic and technical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
