ServiceNow Architect | £70,000 - £120,000 | Hybrid (2 Days Onsite) | UK-Wide

The salary is £70,000 - £120,000, plus funded training and a generous benefits package.

This is a permanent, full-time role. Due to the nature of the work, you must hold a sole British passport and be willing to undergo SC Security Clearance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Establishing and enforcing systems design and architectural standards, maintaining best practice and driving these principles throughout the full systems delivery lifecycle
• Acting as the recognised Architect/Design Authority, shaping the design of ServiceNow-based solutions
• Owning the development and maintenance of Low- and High-Level Design documentation
• Contributing to bids and helping present compelling proposals to prospective clients
• Bringing thought leadership and innovative solution ideas to both existing clients and new opportunities

What You'll Bring

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and architecture
• Proven track record designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, including custom applications and integrations
• Broad experience across the Now Platform, including managing and administering ServiceNow in SaaS environments
• Solid understanding of architectural structures within ServiceNow SaaS and on-premises environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sharp attention to detail
• Desirable: ServiceNow CSA, any ServiceNow Implementation Certifications, and ITIL Foundation certification
