Services Administrator

Location: Slough, Berkshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (37.5 hours per week)
Contract: 6-month temporary contract with the opportunity to become permanent
Salary: Dependent on experience

The Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Services Administrator to join a busy operations team. This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day running of service operations, working closely with engineers, subcontractors, managers and customers to ensure work is delivered efficiently.

Key duties include:

  • Providing administrative support to the operations team.
  • Managing shared email inboxes.
  • Coordinating appointments with engineers, subcontractors and customers.
  • Raising purchase orders and processing documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
  • Uploading job reports and supporting documentation.
  • Monitoring outstanding jobs and service deadlines.
  • Producing quotations, reports and general correspondence.
  • Supporting operational reporting and compliance.
  • Delivering excellent customer service.
About You

You will have previous administration or coordination experience, excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy workload. You should be confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Experience within facilities management, engineering, construction or another service-based environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
