Location: Havant, UK

Hours: Monday to Friday 08.00am-4.30pm (Office Based)

Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE + Company Bonus

What's the role about?

This is a varied position combining servicing administration with customer service support. You'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive a professional after-sales experience while helping the operations team manage servicing activities, repairs, maintenance schedules, and product trials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate servicing, repair, and maintenance requests from initial booking through to completion.
  • Schedule engineer visits, workshop repairs, and customer call-outs.
  • Maintain servicing records, customer updates, and preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Respond professionally to customer calls, emails, and after-sales enquiries.
  • Manage customer expectations by providing accurate updates and clear communication.
  • Coordinate demo, trial, and hire equipment, including stock tracking, returns, and redeployment.
  • Complete hire administration and invoicing while ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
  • Liaise with engineers, warehouse teams, operations colleagues, and sales teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Track outstanding actions and ensure follow-up activities are completed efficiently.

  • Delivers exceptional customer service over the phone and via email.
  • Has excellent attention to detail and a process-driven approach.
  • Is confident using business systems, spreadsheets, and internal databases.
  • Takes ownership of tasks and follows them through to completion.
  • Works collaboratively and brings a positive, can-do attitude.
  • May have experience in customer service, servicing administration, operations support, logistics, after-sales, or coordination roles.
