About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Setting Out Engineer to join our housing project team focused on groundworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting out for residential construction and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set out construction sites using surveying equipment (total stations, GPS, etc.).
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with the site team to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Monitor site progress and compliance with regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections and implement risk assessments.
• Communicate effectively with site teams, stakeholders, and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Setting Out Engineer in groundworks.
• Proficient in using surveying equipment and software.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent).
