About CTCM

CTCM is a family-run, nurse-led organisation specialising in Complex Care, Case Management, Clinical Consultancy and Expert Witness Services.

We provide directly employed care packages through our CQC regulated service alongside specialist Case Management for adults and children with complex neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries, spinal injuries and other life-changing disabilities. Working closely with clients, families, solicitors, deputies, commissioners and multidisciplinary teams, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, person-centred care across the UK.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Registered Manager who shares our values and wants to become part of our long-term vision.

The Opportunity

This is more than a traditional Registered Manager role.

Initially, you will work alongside the Director, who currently holds the CQC registration, gaining a full understanding of our service, systems and values. During an anticipated 12-month transition period, responsibility for the regulated service will gradually transfer to you before you become the Registered Manager.

You will play a key role in leading our CQC service, supporting business growth and working collaboratively with our Case Management team to deliver outstanding care and directly employed care packages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of CTCM's CQC regulated service.
  • Maintain compliance with CQC Regulations and Fundamental Standards.
  • Lead quality assurance, audits and continuous service improvement.
  • Manage safeguarding, incidents, complaints and regulatory investigations.
  • Ensure inspection readiness and effective governance.
  • Recruit, supervise, appraise and develop staff.
  • Oversee staffing levels, workforce planning and rota management.
  • Support mobilisation of new complex care packages.
  • Ensure care plans, risk assessments and service delivery remain person-centred.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, families, commissioners and healthcare professionals.
  • Support the continued growth and development of the organisation.
  • Participate in the management on-call rota and travel throughout the UK as required.

Essential Criteria

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a CQC regulated service.
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC Regulations and Fundamental Standards.
  • Proven leadership, governance and quality assurance experience.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and people management skills.
  • Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel and undertake occasional overnight stays.

Desirable Criteria

  • Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD).
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Experience within Complex Care or directly employed care packages.
  • Experience working alongside Case Managers and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience supporting business growth and service development.

What We Offer

  • Salary as advertised (depending on experience).
  • Company mobile phone and laptop.
  • Business mileage paid and free office parking.
  • Christmas and New Year office closure.
  • Ongoing professional development, funded training and genuine career progression within a growing specialist organisation.

Why Join CTCM?

At CTCM, we're looking for someone who wants to become part of our journey, not simply fill a vacancy. This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious, family-run organisation, lead a growing CQC regulated service and help shape its future. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care, developing people and making a genuine difference, we would love to hear from you.
