The Job
- To carry out the sheet metal construction of parts and products in line with the requirements of engineering drawings
- Ability to work with mild and stainless steel
- Plenty of overtime if required
- Based from a clean facility in Oldham
- Read and interpret basic engineering drawings
About You
- Have you worked in Sheet Metal Assembly?
- Familiarity with appropriate hand and power tools,
- Experience with riveting and installing studs and inserts in sheet metal.
- Good understanding of fabrication, grinding polishing etc
- Do you have the ability to carry out work unsupervised
- You’re able to follow relevant procedures
- Good in a team and working with others
- Basic math skills and ability to calculate measurements and angles
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in the sheet metal industry
- Adaptable with a ‘Can do’ attitude!
