Sheltered Housing Scheme Advisor

Here at BDS Recruitment we are looking to recruit for 2 Sheltered Housing Scheme Advisors in the Kingston upon Thames area.

One Full Time circa 40 hours

One Part Time circa 15-30 hours

This will be delivered between Monday to Friday, 

This is covering a 6 month secondment period with every chance of extension

Pay rate- £15.95ph PAYE-  up to £20.65 ph UMB

The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme, and you will be responsible for assessing resident’s daily needs and sign posting information. 

There will also be regular welfare checks, health and safety checks on the building and reporting and overseeing any maintenance required.

Role Summary:

Working with older adults (Aged 55 +)

Previous Sheltered Housing Experience is mandatory.

Duties include:

Welfare checks on residents.

Health and safety checks

Signposting

Organizing activities

Reporting any maintenance requirements.
