Sheltered Housing Scheme Advisor in Leeds, West Yorkshire

Here at BDS Recruitment we are looking to recruit for a Sheltered Housing Scheme Advisor based in the Leeds area.

This role is 15 hours per week.

This will be delivered between Monday to Friday,  over 3 Days

This is temp ongoing

Pay rate- £15.95ph PAYE  £20.05ph UMBRELLA

YOU MUST HAVE ENHANCED DBS FROM THE LAST 12 MONTHS

The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme, Duties include wellbeing checks, health and safety, ensuring fire safety compliance, reporting repairs and ensuring safe environment for residents.

Role Summary:

15 hours per week

To provide housing management support in sheltered accommodation

Working with older adults (Aged 55 +)

Based in Leeds

Previous Sheltered Housing Experience is mandatory.

Duties include:

Welfare checks on residents.

Health and safety checks

Signposting

Reporting any maintenance requirements.
