As a Shift Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring a safe, compliant and productive shift
• Enforce safety standards and hold the team accountable to them
• Manage shift operations and resources to hit the production plan
• Drive continuous improvement across safety, quality and efficiency
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing shift team
• Provide cover across both bakeries when required

As a Shift Manager, your experience will include:

• Proven leadership experience in a production environment
• Confidence making sound, timely operational decisions and knowing when to escalate
• A track record in risk identification, management and mitigation
• Strong working knowledge of safety legislation
• Experience running or contributing to capital or improvement projects (advantageous)
