Corporate Security Supervisor / Security Shift Manager
Salary: £55,000 + discretionary bonus, on-site gym, free breakfast & lunch.  
Location: Central London
Hours: 5 days (0700-1900), 2 days off, 5 nights (1900-0700), 3 off. Average of 56 hours per week

Great opportunity for a positive and ambitious security professional to join a first-class security function in Central London. This role will see you provide leadership to a small but dedicated security team. The role comes with an extensive benefits package which includes the use of an on-site gym, free breakfast and lunch.

The shift pattern will see you working 5 days (0700-1900), 2 days off, 5 nights (1900-0700), 3 off. Average of 56 hours per week.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• You will have strong supervisory experience. 
• SIA Door Supervisor license holder and ideally you will hold a CCTV license or be prepared to obtain it.
• Happy working a mix of days, nights & weekends on a rota basis.
• First class customer care skills with a passion for service excellence.
• A passion for training and developing security officers.
• Experience of positively engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
• Confident utilising technology in your role

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Supervising the delivery of site security ensuring a 5-star service is delivered to guests, visitors and staff.
• Conduct and monitor staff appraisals and encourage further development.
• Staff training and development
• Rota management
• Undertake regular security patrols.
• Front of house meeting and greeting
• Implementation of policies, SOP’s, AI’s, emergency preparedness etc.
• Incident management and response
• Responding to facilities issues within the building
• Safeguarding of various assets to include people, buildings and information.
• Oversee the operation of security systems.
• Cross functional working with the Property and Facilities teams.
• Undertake security officer duties as required.
