- Manage customer flow to optimise sales opportunities, including walk-ins
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and inviting showroom environment
- Support team efforts in achieving high customer satisfaction and sales targets
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within retail, hospitality, or automotive sectors
- Confident, enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills
- Presentable with a professional appearance and demeanor
- Must have a Full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays, including Bank Holidays if required
- Must be authorised to work in the UK
