Your responsibilities as Showroom Support Assistant
  • Welcome customers and provide a professional first point of contact in the showroom.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails and customer enquiries efficiently.
  • Coordinate appointments, home surveys and project meetings for the design team.
  • Prepare quotations, presentations and customer documentation.
  • Maintain CRM records, coordinate product samples and support projects from order through to completion.
  • Assist with design presentations, CAD drawings where required, and respond promptly to new customer enquiries by arranging appointments.
What we're looking for in a Showroom Support Assistant
  • Previous experience within customer service, kitchens, interiors or a design-led environment.
  • Strong administrative and Microsoft Office skills, with experience maintaining CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
  • Experience within kitchens, bathrooms, furniture, interiors or luxury retail would be advantageous.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
