Shuttering Joiner in Sheffield, South Yorkshire

Straight-Line Group are currently looking for an experienced Shuttering Joiner to start on a project in Sheffield.

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Shuttering Joiner to join the team on a construction project, carrying out all aspects of preparation for the shuttering system, ensuring everything is correctly set up and ready for concrete pours.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Shuttering Joiner with a strong background in concrete works who can deliver high-quality workmanship and work efficiently as part of a site team.

The Role:

• Carrying out all aspects of preparation for shuttering systems.
• Preparing and setting up formwork ready for concrete pours.
• Ensuring shuttering is correctly positioned and secured.
• Working from site instructions and project specifications.
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Shuttering Joiner is essential.
• Experience preparing shuttering systems ahead of concrete pours.
• Strong knowledge of formwork and concrete preparation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to use their own initiative.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• Own tools and transport preferred.

Job Details:

• Location: Sheffield
• Start Date: Immediate
• Duration: 2 weeks, and then a week by week basis 
• Rate: £25.00 per hour
