Salary: £28,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience and role)
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Monday to Friday – 07.30am – 5.00pm

We are currently recruiting for:

• Trainee Router Operator
• Skilled Router Operator Days / Nights
• Flatbed Applicator Operator
• Guillders/Signwriter
• Skilled Fabricator for general assembley
• Skilled Printer/Digital Cutter Operator
• Skilled Operators for Electrics Department

About the Role

As part of our production team, you'll be involved in the manufacture and finishing of high-quality signage, graphics, displays, and fabricated products. Depending on your role and experience, you'll operate specialist machinery, interpret job specifications, maintain quality standards, and work collaboratively to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience within the signage, print, fabrication, or manufacturing industry is desirable for skilled positions.
• Trainee applicants should be eager to learn and develop new skills—full training will be provided.

• A commitment to maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
