Signage & Vinyl Installer
M TWO Search Ltd
You’ll already have some solid hands-on experience within signage, graphics or vehicle branding.
Vinyl application is going to be important, so you’ll be comfortable applying printed and cut vinyl cleanly across vehicles, windows, walls and other surfaces.
Ideally, you’ll also be happy picking up the tools and getting involved with more traditional signage. That could be fitting panels, trays, fascia signage, lettering or general site installs.
You don’t need to be the finished article across everything. If you’re stronger on vinyl but you’ve had some exposure to harder signage and want to build on that, there’s definitely a conversation to be had.
Your experienceYou’ll probably come from a signage, graphics, vehicle branding or large format background where you’ve spent plenty of time actually installing.
That could include vehicle graphics, fleet livery, window graphics, wall graphics, fascia signage, panels, trays, lettering or general signage installation.
A driving licence will be important as there will be work away from the workshop, and tickets such as CSCS, IPAF or PASMA would be useful, but they’re not going to rule out a good installer just because they haven’t got every qualification going.
What you’ll be doingIt’ll be a proper mix of work.
One day you could be fitting vehicle graphics or fleet livery, another could be window manifestations or wall graphics, and another could have you out installing physical signage.
There’ll be work from their Chelmsford base alongside installation work on customer sites, with some projects further afield too.
The important bit is being able to turn up, understand what needs doing and leave behind a quality install.
About the businessThey’ve been around for well over a decade and work across vehicle graphics, large format print, signage, architectural films and specialist automotive graphics.
Fleet branding is still a big part of the business, but they’ve grown well beyond that into wider signage and branded environments, taking projects from design and production right through to installation.
They’re also a 3M Platinum Select Partner, so quality is genuinely important to them rather than just something they stick in a job advert.
This hire is coming from growth, and they’re looking to bring another good installer into the team as the workload continues to build.
Next stepsYou don’t need a perfectly polished CV.
