Location: ML11 9RS area
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Project: Renewables
Pay Rate: £14 - £16 per hour

Our client is looking for an experienced Site Administrator to join their team on a renewables project in Scotland.
The main focus of the role will be providing day-to-day administration support to the site team, with some responsibility for document control and managing project documentation.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Site Manager and wider site team.
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, timesheets and paperwork.
• Manage general site correspondence and filing.
• Assist with the organisation and distribution of project documentation.
• Use Autodesk / Autodesk Construction Cloud to manage drawings and project documents.
• Maintain document registers and ensure the latest information is available to the site team.
• Liaise with subcontractors, engineers and project stakeholders.
• Assist with meetings, reporting and general site coordination.
• Carry out other general site administration duties as required.

Requirements
• Previous experience in site administration, ideally within construction, civil engineering or renewables.
• Experience using Autodesk / Autodesk Construction Cloud is desirable, or another similar form of software.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicating with site teams, subcontractors and management.
• Able to work independently in a busy site environment.

Full-time, site-based position | Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
