Site Administrator – HS2 Project

Location: Aylesbury area
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

We are currently looking for an organised and reliable Site Administrator to join a busy HS2 project in the Aylesbury area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who is looking to gain experience within a major construction environment, with the potential for the role to become permanent.

The Role

You will provide day-to-day administrative support on site, helping to keep the project running smoothly and ensuring records and documentation are kept accurate and up to date.

Key responsibilities will include:

• General site administration and office support
• Maintaining and updating records, documents and spreadsheets
• Data entry and filing
• Assisting with timesheets and site records
• Managing paperwork and documentation
• Liaising with site teams, contractors and management
• Supporting the wider site team with general administrative duties
• Ensuring information is recorded accurately and efficiently

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised and reliable
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Comfortable working in a busy site environment
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Professional and confident when communicating with others
• Experienced in administration, ideally within construction, civil engineering or a similar environment

Previous construction/site administration experience would be advantageous, but is not essential for the right candidate.
