Project Site Coordinator
Location: Bentley / Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire (100% Site-Based)
Initial 1 year contract 
Inside IR35- Paye/Umbrella

About the Role We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Site Coordinator  to join a major long-term construction project in the East Riding of Yorkshire.

This is a key administrative and coordination role, supporting the Site Manager and wider construction team by ensuring site operations remain organised, efficient, and well-structured. The successful candidate will play an important part in managing site processes, coordinating activities, and providing essential administrative support, allowing technical and operational teams to focus on their core responsibilities.

Please note: This is an administrative position and does not require any engineering or technical construction qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Site Manager and construction site team.
  • Coordinate and organise site activities, meetings, documentation, and reporting.
  • Maintain an overview of site processes, resources, and operational requirements.
  • Support the implementation of efficient site procedures and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Assist with the coordination of site personnel, visitors, and contractors where required.
  • Ensure site records and administrative systems are maintained accurately and up to date.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to support smooth project delivery.
  • Depending on project requirements, support activities relating to document control and site logistics coordination.
Requirements Essential
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong local knowledge of the Bentley / Beverley and wider East Riding of Yorkshire area.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced site environment.
Desirable
  • Previous experience working within a construction, infrastructure, engineering, or site-based environment.
  • Experience supporting project teams, document control, or logistics activities.
