Our client, a leading UK construction company, is looking for a talented Site Administrator to join their team, working on an exciting new residential development in Norfolk.
The Site Administrator is responsible for managing, tracking, distributing, and maintaining all project documentation throughout the construction project lifecycle. This role ensures that project documents are accurate, current, properly stored, and accessible to authorised personnel while maintaining compliance with company procedures, contractual requirements, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, log on the Completion tracker and track incoming and outgoing plot certification for each plot.
- Issuing the certification to the building control and warranty provider in line with our programme requirements
- Maintain the Customer Care tracker with reported issues & organise access with tenants / owners to rectify / investigate.
- Liaising with subcontractors to schedule appointments to rectify customer care issues
- Undertake meter readings and documenting key release
- Property void inspections.
- Updating the Completion Tracker regarding plot status e.g. landscaping, fencing etc
- Checking plot readiness prior to undertaking Plot Completion videos
- Uploading site documentation to View Point, the site document controlling software
This role is a critical part of the construction process and the successful candidate will need to have a minimum of Minimum 2–5 years of experience in document control within the construction, sector. They will have experience using document management systems such as Viewpoint or similar platforms and a strong understanding of document control processes.
