&#(phone number removed);️ Tier 1 Civil Engineering Contractor An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Agent to join a major highways infrastructure project in the Kings Lynn area. Working with a leading Tier 1 contractor, you will play a key role in the safe and successful delivery of a significant highways scheme, managing site operations from planning through to completion. The Role
- Lead and manage day-to-day site operations on a live highways project.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
- Manage subcontractors, direct labour and plant resources.
- Coordinate construction activities including earthworks, drainage, structures and roadworks.
- Monitor progress and provide regular reporting to the Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality and environmental requirements.
- Work closely with engineers, commercial teams and stakeholders to drive project performance.
- Previous experience working as a Site Agent, Senior Site Agent or Sub Agent on highways or major civil engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of NEC contracts.
- Experience managing earthworks, drainage, highways, structures or bridge works.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
- Ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
- Full UK driving licence.
